Musical Mondays: Remembering

In honor of Memorial Day, this week's theme is "remembering." Obviously, Memorial Day is about remembering our nation's fallen heroes, but you don't have to stick to those sorts of memories if you so choose. Other options are to pick a song that has strong memories associated with it, or perhaps one that is about remembering.

Musical Mondays: Mom

With yesterday having been Mothers Day, today's theme is of course, Mom. So, share with your readers one of Mom's favorite songs, or a song that makes you think of her. Anything you can think of that would honor your mother will do. Of course, you can also choose not to go with a theme and just pick a song at random if you prefer.

Musical Mondays: Flowers

This week's theme is flowers. This is actually a follow-up to April's "Rain" theme in that of course April showers bring May flowers. Except in Texas. Where they bring more showers, which is nice because we can usually look forward to a hot, dry summer. But that's neither here nor there. So, pick out a song that is either about flowers, mentions flowers, or makes you think of flowers, and post it. OR be a rebel and don't go with the theme, which is also perfectly acceptable. Hey, it's your blog, I'm just here for the ideas.
